Mohamed - repair engineer - was on time and promptly replaced defunct motherboard and server returned to normal operation. Effective repair on short notice and about 60% of the cost quoted by HPE. Excellent value.

Then I needed additional parts, and by the time they got back to me with the part numbers and quote. I already had the parts shipped to me from another vendor and installed for days.
