The worst experience The worst experience, 360digitalbay is a scam. I had an agreement with them to build my site. They built my site which was not functional and I paid per agreement. They had asked 150 for hosting the site, but they increased the rate to 200 with no notice, and when I told them I wanted to go to another company for hosting and I needed my website files to take to another vendor, they refused to give me, even though I paid for it.

He was so very patient with me as I wanted to embrace our ideas and I had to regularly get approval from our board (we are nonprofit).
