Excellent customer service... If their customer/technical service/ support is any indication of the quality of service that they offer then they'll have no problems in gaining and keeping customers. I had a lot of questions which were answered quickly and with as much detail as I required. You guys are doing a great job-- as soon as I figure things out on my end, you'll be adding me as customer as well.

Semi-Active Staff Team The response after a ping was quick, but whenever I first created the ticket response was a bit slow and in between when I was waiting for a response of my game-server to be ready. Staff is nice and responsive, just takes patience and time. Overall, great service, but I am still waiting for my services in the writing of this review.
