LUSafest file storage service, using them for over 2+ years! I wanted to briefly touch on a company that I had used for 2+ years now called cloudamo.com or Cloudamo Hosting. I wanted to save some people some time if they were considering them. Short version: 2+ years of great service, reliable, trustworthy and I could sleep well at night knowing my files are stored on safe place and safe platform, nextcloud Long version: We were customers at Cloudamo for many years. We had multiple dedicated servers as well as a handful of VPS servers too. As a business that needs to rely on our safe place for massive amount of files we need to be sure that who we use as our main host, needs to be GOOD! We have always had way better then expected service and rarely had issues, if we did have issues the staff of Mark, Tomy and Tina would take care of our issue, or be available to answer the phone and at least give us a reason as to what was currently going on. This was CRUCIAL as we could then know what the issue was and could relay that information onto our clients. We were confident that we would not be left in the dark or if there was a problem that it would be dealt with. The added comfort was that support had direct knowledge of our servers, nextcloud and if I sent in a ticket about Server A, B, C, D, or E they would know exactly what we were talking about and how to fix it! Best of luck to the Cloudamo and I hope that you will continue to work as you have done until now. I hope this helps someone, to make correct decision and host data on safe place..

GBcheap. impressively swift service. Really cheap. This is the first web host I've had (total novice), and their help has been very swift and patient. Great work!

NLGreat Nextcloud host So far, I have not had any issues with this provider. Quick service, very quick support if you have any issues, and it always works. The pricing is very good. Definitely recommend this one (in my case, for Nextcloud hosting).

CAFraudulent company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Fraudulent company. Been with them for 3 years now as a paying customer. Suddenly, they cut off my access without so much as an email. They delete all of my data along with the backups they claimed to have stored. Their website advertises 100% uptime and daily backups, along with the "best support". The support I've received from this fraud of a company is atrocious. 1 sentence answers, along with automatically marking tickets as "answered", and then deletion of my account without notice. This company deserves to be wiped off the face of the planet, and the CEO deserves jail time for his negligent handling of customer data. Stay FAR away from this company and NEVER trust them with anything you care about. P.S., if you ever see a company receiving 5 star reviews alongside 1 star reviews, and nothing in between, you should be suspicious. This doesn't happen naturally, and is a sure sign of fake reviews. Response to Cloudamo's comment: What a shameful display of attempted gaslighting. If you see the top of my review, it says very clearly "verified". This means that Cloudamo refuted my version of events, claiming I was never even a paying customer. I provided proof, thereby giving me the "verified" tag. The fact that Cloudamo still maintains that I haven't paid is a pathetic attempt to besmirch my review. Do not support this villainous company when there are plenty of other options out there for cloud storage needs. This company does NOTHING new or even useful. All 5 star reviews are either corporate shills or people who haven't been with them long enough to be betrayed. But hey, don't take my word for it. A simple Google search of Cloudamo will reveal their approach to business. You've been warned

ATUsed them for over a year with no… Used them for over a year with no problem. Recently my files became unavailable, were deleted, and support tickets asking for help were deleted. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Cloudamo has responded saying: but you received numerous notices that content you host is not allowed, hacking related tools, malware files etc. That is a lie. Also, impossible for them to know since I encrypted my files. Also, there's no way to link my Trustpilot account to my Cloudamo account, so they have no idea who I am. I'm willing to provide evidence to Trustpilot that this is a lie if they would like it. If you don't believe me, look at what is being said about them on the subreddit r/nextcloud or over on the nexcloud help forums under hosting providers. Many users are experiencing the same exact issues. Also, a little suspicious that a new positive review pops up the same exact time they reply to my review with slander. And that the user has only rated Cloudamo and they account for two of the six reviews of Cloudamo. Shady.
