DENextcloud best support and service! Over 2 years with Cloudamo, we can only say best. Support is great, any problem we did have with nextcloud is resolved quickly. Also I wish to note that security of data is really best, they offer bavckups, encryption and more. We hope to stay with cloudamo for years and years.

ITCloudamo Nextcloud I try many hosting providers but for somebody like me that has no so much knowledge in setup no one offer support for Nextcloud. In Cloudamo the technical support fixed all the problems without waiting long time. Honestly, and Nextcloud users should know very well, I never think that one day opening the administrative setting I could see all check passed. Also the configuration of your managed VPS is totally different from the others hosting providers, in Cloudamo you can choose disk space, ram and cores, and you can upgrade or downgrade anytime this config. If one day something change I will upgrade my review but in this moment I can say only good.

Everything works like you expect it to, so there is little need for assistance mostly. Trustworthy with money too.

ATUsed them for over a year with no… Used them for over a year with no problem. Recently my files became unavailable, were deleted, and support tickets asking for help were deleted. Avoid at all costs. Edit: Cloudamo has responded saying: but you received numerous notices that content you host is not allowed, hacking related tools, malware files etc. That is a lie. Also, impossible for them to know since I encrypted my files. Also, there's no way to link my Trustpilot account to my Cloudamo account, so they have no idea who I am. I'm willing to provide evidence to Trustpilot that this is a lie if they would like it. If you don't believe me, look at what is being said about them on the subreddit r/nextcloud or over on the nexcloud help forums under hosting providers. Many users are experiencing the same exact issues. Also, a little suspicious that a new positive review pops up the same exact time they reply to my review with slander. And that the user has only rated Cloudamo and they account for two of the six reviews of Cloudamo. Shady.
