Spin AI, an easy to implement Security Solution We started using Spin AI our company for a specific reason and tested it against other offerings. Since then we have found other amazing features that Spin has and already used a lot of them, the interface is very intuitive and easy to use, it was very easy to integrate within our environment (Google Workspace). It was very transparent and setup to our needs was fast and easy. One of the important needs for our company is responsive support, to date the support team has been exceptional and even feature requests are being addressed. I highly recommend Spin to any organization that is looking for an easy to implement DLP, Security and risk assessment package. On top of everything else it is also very competitively priced and quite easy to customize.

Easy to manange & productive solution We are using this backup solution in our four Google workspace domains. This is an excellent product which I saw within our budget. Best part is you can manage or configure this product in a easy way. Also all domains backup you can manage from a single console. And if you have big IT team, then you can assign different access permission for each member related to domain, backup, restore , account configuration etc. And if any issue arise support team will response promptly.

Polite, but no results when restoring data Google closed my account (grr), no worries, I had Spin backup! Welll... in principle, yes, eventually, after paying for a second account, Spin was able to migrate my Google Drive files over, yay! But 15 years of emails... their system kept restoring 854 of 95,000 emails. Their support was polite and responsive, but no actual progress was made over the following 8 months. My emails are still not restored.

An excellent program An excellent program, with it I am not worried about the protection of my data, good protection against human errors. Tech support works great. Recommend.
