Aside from the proof of experience and… Aside from the proof of experience and reliability of sir Alex, his attitude and hospitality towards the client is on another level. I thought it's gonna take him hours to boot my laptop again however it made look like a piece of cake while entertaining the questions I have with his expertise in this field.

I have issues with my surface device I have issues with my surface device, it was returned and replace already by microsoft for several times, and since I'm out of warranty, Alex help me fix my Surface, he explained to me the issues, what it causes and how can i avoid them in the future. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend.
