Dreadful company Dreadful company - took two weeks for any response once they had the laptop and another two weeks after that to admit they could not get the part to repair it. It then took 3 weeks (and threats of reporting it stolen) before they would return it. Their repairs may be good, but their customer service is shocking!

I have issues with my surface device I have issues with my surface device, it was returned and replace already by microsoft for several times, and since I'm out of warranty, Alex help me fix my Surface, he explained to me the issues, what it causes and how can i avoid them in the future.
