GBGreat if you want to do their job and yours as well Started my new business wanted to use evoice again as I had used them years ago and had no problems. So I decided to purchase the ANNUAL one time service for $145 or something in that arena. And this time however I wanted a vanity 800 number and during their online ordering did a lookup and found 866-DESRUPT was available but they stated they would need 2-3 weeks to verify it was really available. Well my company name is Disrupt Destine so I hopped in another tab and found another site (800forall) that claimed they would sell it to me (I buy the license to it for one year for $54) right then and can EASILY port it in (both companies claim this) and I am chatting with evoice in a message box telling him what I was doing. Both companies are like sure thats fine we will take of all the porting for you. Needless to say I never got a receipt or login info from 800forall of evoice - I decided I needed to get documentation so I ordered two more 800 numbers 833-DESRUPt and another one - this time taking screenshots and chatting with them and evoice. Come to find out 800for all is really COA Network that is selling the same service as evoice and once you pay they do no followup UNLESS you use their free "2 week hosting trial - which they told me I should do so I can port numbers over faster... Well that was 2 months ago and dozens of emails addressed to both companies asking them to do what they promised just keep dumping it on me or each other.. And then telling me it can MONTHS to port the numbers over. I am pissed off and the last email I sent to both companies if they didn't resolve it I was filing disputes with my debit card company and the only thing I am paying for the the original 866-DESRUPT number license until I find a company that can actually port it. I still have no receipts from them and their "partner" COA despite multiple emails promising I would get them,
