Products were as described I ordered a couple of cat trees and a table for our new apartment and to my surprise it was well worth it. Usually I am quite cautious while buying things online due to prior experiences as products are not as described. I am very satisfied with my experience with this website.

I’ve been trying to contact this… I’ve been trying to contact this company for weeks to make a huge order of chairs I sent numerous emails and still no response. I also spoke to a lady on the phone that was rude and didn’t take any interest in what I was saying my purchase consisted of 80+ chairs. Clearly this company isn’t the one for me as I’ve had to go and take my business elsewhere such a shame.

Ive ordered 2 boxes of decking Ive ordered 2 boxes of decking, only one has come and a set of 2 chairs i have emailed and the only response i got was i would get. A pre paid collection for the chairs, i have emailed when i would get the other set, no reply.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. Bought a bed from a well known third party app - changed our minds on the bed due to room decorating. Informed them that we wished to return the item, well within the 14 days for distance selling regulations. They finally agreed to a refund and said someone would pick up the item. Waiting in all day and nobody came to collect. Now not responding to messages.
