Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. Bought a bed from a well known third party app - changed our minds on the bed due to room decorating. Informed them that we wished to return the item, well within the 14 days for distance selling regulations. They finally agreed to a refund and said someone would pick up the item. Waiting in all day and nobody came to collect. Now not responding to messages.

Ive ordered 2 boxes of decking Ive ordered 2 boxes of decking, only one has come and a set of 2 chairs i have emailed and the only response i got was i would get. A pre paid collection for the chairs, i have emailed when i would get the other set, no reply.

Ordered some out wooden flooring Ordered some out wooden flooring, that looked good and was good value. When it arrived it was far better quality than I expected. Shipping was very quick and packaged well and securely. Can't wait to order more items from them to spruce up my house and outside areas. Would recommend to anyone.

The products came quickly The products came quickly, and they were in great shape when we unwrapped them. The illustrations made the products easy to put together even for someone who did not read English. They looked as I expected them too. I will buy more.

I ordered two sets of umbrellas and… I ordered two sets of umbrellas and bases. I only received one of them. There’s never a way to reach anyone. Amazon says it’s a third party seller so they can’t do anything. Very frustrating
