GBI ordered two sets of umbrellas and… I ordered two sets of umbrellas and bases. I only received one of them. There’s never a way to reach anyone. Amazon says it’s a third party seller so they can’t do anything. Very frustrating

GBI’ve been trying to contact this… I’ve been trying to contact this company for weeks to make a huge order of chairs I sent numerous emails and still no response. I also spoke to a lady on the phone that was rude and didn’t take any interest in what I was saying my purchase consisted of 80+ chairs. Clearly this company isn’t the one for me as I’ve had to go and take my business elsewhere such a shame.

GBVery poor customer service Very poor customer service. Bought a bed from a well known third party app - changed our minds on the bed due to room decorating. Informed them that we wished to return the item, well within the 14 days for distance selling regulations. They finally agreed to a refund and said someone would pick up the item. Waiting in all day and nobody came to collect. Now not responding to messages.
