Not safe I got what I paid for… the quality is not good. Cheap wood and hardware, I feel it’s unsafe to actually use this product with clients. It can hold a bit of weight but I can see it bending underneath. Wouldn’t use this with anyone bigger than 200 lbs, so I would rather not use it at all.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. Bought a bed from a well known third party app - changed our minds on the bed due to room decorating. Informed them that we wished to return the item, well within the 14 days for distance selling regulations. They finally agreed to a refund and said someone would pick up the item. Waiting in all day and nobody came to collect. Now not responding to messages.

The products came quickly The products came quickly, and they were in great shape when we unwrapped them. The illustrations made the products easy to put together even for someone who did not read English. They looked as I expected them too. I will buy more.

Products were as described I ordered a couple of cat trees and a table for our new apartment and to my surprise it was well worth it. Usually I am quite cautious while buying things online due to prior experiences as products are not as described. I am very satisfied with my experience with this website.
