My package never arrived My package never arrived. I am out quite a bit of money, Fedex says I am liable as there was no signature required and they won't tell me where they delivered my package other than it went to a town I don't live in. Kedma hasn't been able to obtain any information to help me in over a month since I should have received my package. I won't be buying here again.

I wrote a negative review in haste and… I wrote a negative review in haste and need to retract that as the company completely replaced everything in my order after researching my claim even though they never received the original package back that was lost by Fedex. That is an honorable company in my world. They are selling at wonderful prices with wonderful products that work and took the loss to keep a customer. That is rare in this world. I will return and shop here again and will be careful to specify not to use Fedex.

Lifting serum. Normally I love this company and its products. However one product, the lifting serum has not satisfied me. The gel itself is ok. But the bottle neck and nozzle is not. I have bought this product twice 2 years apart and have experienced the same problem. And this is that the ‘gold’ plating around the neck and nozzle immediately ( on first use) starts to flake off so on application of the product I have had tiny gold flecks dotted under the eye area and once they are with the gel they are difficult to remove. ( I do not want these flecks to get into my eyes). I emailed their customer service and they refunded the cost of the product and apologised for the problem.

Ordered the Vanilla Ultimate Hygiene… Ordered the Vanilla Ultimate Hygiene kit. Items were poorly packaged, the Dead Sea Water became damaged and leaked through the entire box causing sticky popcorn residue to be every where, including all over the Lavender scrub that I did not order but was sent, without any notice or option, to me instead of the Vanilla scrub. Very disappointed in the experience. This was meant to be a Christmas gift to my Military significant other who is stationed over seas. Guess this experience sums up this year. A mess.
