D’OR 24 K , Northshore Mall, Peabody….Scam I was approached at the North Shore Mall in Peabody, MA.by a very aggressive sales person. Somehow, when he applied the D’OR 24K Supreme Non surgical Lifting Innovation lifting syringe under my eyes I could see a difference. I was very apprehensive about this product but he was extremely pushy! I ended up buying it and he insisted that I book a complimentary facial for the following week.FYI….this very expensive product doesn’t work! After getting home I read multiple reviews about this company, it is a scam. I canceled my facial appointment as well as closing my credit card, this company is anything but reputable, buyer beware!

I don't know how it actually works but this mask is super effective at drawing out dirt and oil. My blackheads were completely gone after the first use and my skin just FELT cleaner and healthier. I've always had oily skin and used tons of charcoal and "detoxifying" masks, but this really is superior!

I'm another poster who was aggressively scammed… I agree with the many posters who say that the D'or24 Cosmetics agents in Malls and Airports are extremely aggressive. I do follow a skin care regimen, mainly containing 'The Ordinary' products. I ended up parting with $200 for an eye cream. Malls and airport departure stores should not allow these people to operate. I haven't used the eye cream long enough to say whether it works. But just the opposite of most reliable skin care companies. If you have great product at a reasonable price, you don't have to chase after customers.

Very high pressure sales person at expo… Very high pressure sales person at expo in Myrtle Beach continued until I purchased two products both being eye serums; one in white bottle and one in blue with D’OR24k trademarks. However the D’OR24K website denies any connection with sales of products purchased at expo or mall kiosks. Product applied by sales person was definitely different than products sold to me. Ladies beware! Don’t fall for these expensive products with no proven results and not recommended by dermatologists.

Great customer service Great customer service, I needed to have a hydra fresh toner replaced from dor24k because my current bottle was a little busted and therefore it was hard to get product out, so I contacted customer service and explained the problem and they sent me a new bottle no questions asked. And they also responded in a very timely manner. Also I would definitely recommend you get the hydra fresh toner, works wonders for super oily skin
