Next day delivery didn't arrive, had to do a chargeback on my card Paid extra for next day delivery, purchased on the 1st. Royal Mail tracking is showing it hasn't even been dispatched yet 3 days later, and apparently they only ship Mon-Fri so the earliest it'll be dispatched is the 6th. Why even offer that option on the website if, as many people here have said, you're not going to stick to it? Update: have had to do a chargeback on my card as the store owner isn't answering any of my emails

Sprayer is not straight and leaks Sprayer is not straight and leaks. Cheap quality. It was a present to my husband but I was not impressed when it was opened. Shame really as we collect scents and it seems rather a convenient way of trying niche. I’ve changed my rating to five stars. Customer service has been amazing and sorted the issue super promptly. I have had a full refund after providing evidence of the issue. Thanks 🙏

Genuine product, nicely packaged Genuine product, fast delivery. Product is transferred into test sized bottle but has product name printed on in attractive font and is nicely packaged so is suitable for gifting.
