False Advertising I was conned into believing I was getting a Free (paying only postage) sample of Essense of Argon to try. I was charged postage but didn't receive anything. However, 2 weeks later without my consent I was billed for $159 using the same authorisation details given for the sample. Even my bank, which I advised on the same day the debit came through, have been unable to obtain reimbursement.

I was curious about cancelling too which I did, not because I didn't like the product but because I didn't want to be committed to buying it all the time and the process was simple and uncomplicated with no further charges being made either. All in all it has been a good experience for me.

Poor customer service My case is similar to some fo the other comments here. I have been charged 69 CAD and so I tried to use the Live chat option on the essence of argan website but did not get any support. I also dropped an email to customer service to get me my money as back as the oil just doesn't work for my skin and I have not seen any response for over week now.
