Great Products but TERRIBLE Shipping I love the after shave, it doesn't burn and it has a nice clean smell. The incense burn well and smell great. The cologne is nice as well, it only takes a very small dab. The only reason the review is 3 Stars instead of 5 is because the processing and shipping were both incredibly SLOW. I placed my order MARCH 27th, my order was NOT SHIPPED UNTIL APRIL 9TH! To charge a customer $10 for two day priority shipping is fine, but if that's the case I expect my order to be packed and shipped accordingly. Shipping is an important part of the customer service experience and this was incredibly disappointing.
