The implementation period was very short, and in no-time we were able to create rich and useful campaigns for our employees. The reporting and tracking of compliance helps us administer the platform and reach out to non-compliant users. Employees feedback has been good, and we've seen an increase in interactions with the IT team in subjects related to cyber security, phishing, suspicious emails and attachments and overall a more knowledgeable approach. I also have to add that Craig and his team are doing a wonderful job, they reach out to us periodically to check in if everything works as required, and they answer very quickly to bugs, issues and feature requests. Pricing also suits are needs and is more than fair to what we get.
