GBTERRIBLE! If 0 stars was an option it would be it If 0 was an option it would be it. This is by far the absolute worst company that promised us nothing but lies, and did kindergarten-style coding. We wasted over a year of time and tons of money for them to end up giving us a full refund and giving us nothing. BUYER BEWARE!! I’m posting this to make consumers and business owners alike aware that they should USE SOMEONE ELSE besides this company. BUYER B E W A R E - SHOP AROUND FIRST

INWonderful services Wonderful services! I am incredibly amazed by their app development services. Professionals at Retro Cube not only developed my app according to my requirements but have added special features to improve and enhance client experience. Their developers are good at working with all the scripting languages which made it easy for us to develop an app suited to our specifics.

GBDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! This company is not to be trusted. They work very hard to get your business and have talented individuals on the front end who are great at making the sell. However, the quality of service falls off a cliff once the project implementation begins. I entered into an agreement with them to build a website for my company. It was supposed to be delivered within 50 to 70 business days. Over five months later, not a single thing has been delivered and no responses to my multiple communications to Matthew J. Rhame who is identified as their Associate Vice President and the signer on the software agreement. My business suffered because we weren’t able to launch over the holiday season. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

GBMy Honest and Objective Review Here is my honest and objective review about RetroCube Digital. I currently have an unfinished project with them that I never officially closed out (they offer unlimited revisions). However, I have no intention of continuing to work with them (my choice). I do not know the exact date of the last time I communicated with Retrocube, but my review is based on a series of experiences over time. I am going to discuss 4 key points: 1) When it comes to visual imagery and dynamic graphics, I consider them to be pretty good. No complaints there. In fact, they created what I would consider to be one of the most beautiful websites I have had. And, as previously explained, they do offer unlimited revisions. Those are the only reasons I gave two stars. 2) However. In order to get my website to look the way it did required extensive going back-and-forth with designers who had horrible attention to instruction. I have worked with several website designers since, and I can say with absolute certainty that RetroCube's attention to detail and instruction is the worst. I have devoted countless hours to carefully explaining what I wanted for the website in very clear wording with pictures and arrows to eliminate potential miscommunication, but I found myself constantly reexplaining instructions for my instructions. As a military man, I am very clear in my wording. Nothing vague about my communication. So, in my mind, their lack of attention to detail indicates some kind of laziness or complacency on their part. In order to get your website to look the way you want, you are going to need to devote a tremendous amount of time correcting RetroCube's many instances of not following instruction. 3) Another aggravating problem with RetroCube is the response lag time. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you may get the same-day or next-day response. Other times, nearly a week would go by with no change to the website and no response to my queries. The manager in charge of my website would often promise me some changes by a certain day and not fulfill his promise. Then, I would have to follow up with him and make attempts to get a response. More than once, I had to reach out to higher ups and even the owner of the company to get things done in a timely manner. And that brings me to my fourth point. 4) Matt, the owner of this company originally extended his direct support in helping me to resolve these issues, for which I was very grateful. Yet, after enough problems had occurred, he ceased communicating with me. This was not due to any heated discussions, for our conversations were always courteous and respectful. I reached out to him with email and text, but no response. I called his company and left several messages with his employees to inform him of my attempts to reach him, yet he still ignored me. He merely handed my case to his employees to handle. That may have helped me to rectify the problem, but it showed me that he no longer valued me enough as a customer to take the time to respond to me as he originally pledged to do. That conveyed to me the impression that Matt only views customers as short-term dollar signs that can be churned through like a conveyer belt. As the leader of his company, he doesn't seem to value long-term relationships with loyal customers, which is why (among several reasons) I am no longer one of his customers. His willingness to be so dismissive of a loyal customer clearly explains why there are so many negative reviews about RetroCube. A company is only as honorable as its leader. Based on what I’ve seen of other negative reviews, Retrocube has a habit of responding to these upsetting testimonials with reasonable-sounding excuses about why the problem wasn’t their fault. I’m sure that is what they will do with my review. And that tells us all another problem they have: no accountability. If you are searching for a solid website designer, I can tell you now . . . RetroCube will be a horrible investment and a waste of your time. I found much better website designers on Fiverr for a fraction of the cost and with much better customer service.
