GBIncompetent when it comes to data security Aside from the platform itself, which I never used, I find that Zarmoaney is incompetent when it comes to valuing personal data security. I got an email asking me to confirm the address to complete the signup process which I've never attended. I was concerned so I pick up the phone and called. The person on the phone told me to just ignore the email. I addressed my concern again and he told me just to reply to the email. Noted, the email says "This is an automated message, and replies are not monitored." I decided to go to their website to leave a message, and I wait. 30 hours later, I want to their website to submit a connect request and FB page to leave a message. Still nothing. I called again and the support told me that they were under some sort of crazy situation where a lot of people called in with the same issue I had. I am no expert on the technical side of data security but that sounds like a cyber attack to me. And once again, the person told me to reply to the first email I got. So I did. Two days went by, I still haven't heard back from Zarmoney. So I send the email again to request an update. This time, I finally got a respond: "We removed you from our account. please do not reply to this email." Rude. Cold. As I am the one that is causing trouble. As a tech company that handles people's finance, you'd think they have some sense of data security with an SOP when things like this happened. Yes, I am one individual who is not even their client. But this experience still shows that Zarmoney is incapable to handle a crisis. I will make sure this is shared within my network of MBAs and work connections.

GBBest!!!!! It depends who you get as for good customer service. I often get rude owner but recently I got a prompt response and issue resolved quickly through email with the owner. I have been using ZAS over 2 years. Owner has zero patience but this latest contact was a pleasure to work with. Program inexpensive and easy to work on. Highly recommended for their great support.

GBLove the new Insight Love the software, being using it for over 5 years. Lots of changes I have seen. Love the new insight feature, I can make amazing reports with graphical chart for our company and share it with other co-workers. It’s just amazing.
