About Peoria Cosmetic Surgery

Dr Richard Fisher performs all the cosmetic surgical procedures in our facility. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. After a rich and satisfying career as a board certified family practitioner and geriatrician for more than twenty years in Sun City, Arizona, he sought new challenges. He retrained extensively in the field of cosmetic surgery under some of the most recognized cosmetic surgeons in this country and Europe. Currently, he is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and member of the International Society of Cosmetic Laser Surgeons. He recently received the Award for Excellence in Cosmetic Education from the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr Fisher spends more than one hundred hours per year attending seminars, conferences, and workshops including live surgery and cadaver surgery to constantly upgrade his cosmetic surgical knowledge and skills.

Awesome Doctor Great doctor, staff is the best! Made me feel really comfortable and cared for. At Dr.Fisher office patients satisfaction is a priority. I'm very pleased with all his services. Would most definitely go to him for any future procedures.

Everything I was looking for and more! Peoria Cosmetic Surgery has a very welcoming staff, beautiful reception area and comfortable, relaxing exam rooms which make your appointment less stressful! Dr. Fisher and his nurses are very professional and talk you thru your procedure. In my case, a deep chemical facial peel. Instructions were given as I left the office and I received at least 2 follow up phone calls to just check in to make sure I was doing fine and to answer any questions. I would highly recommend Peoria Cosmetic Surgery. I have other procedures I am planning and will definitely count on Dr. Fisher and his staff when I'm ready to have the next one!

Easy choice When you meet Dr. Fisher and his staff you know that you have an easy choice! They are all so welcoming and informative. You feel right at home and any concerns you have are addressed. With so many options to choose from, Dr. Fisher understands what you are wanting/needing and let's you know what the expectations should be. Easy choice! I look 20 lbs thinner and 10 years younger! This is my second procedure with Dr Fisher. My first was liposuction on my tummy, hips, and inner thigh. My second procedure was liposuction under my chin and neck. What I love most about him is he will not do a procedure unless he feels he can improve how you look. He looks at you with an artist eye. He understands the human body and how unique each person is. I love how I look. I feel beautiful and so thankful I have found such an amazing doctor. He is a very talented cosmetic surgeon. I recommend him highly.
