Initial 11/17/2023 purchase and… Initial 11/17/2023 purchase and installation of Microsoft Office 2021 program using the emailed product key was flawless. On 12/23/2023, the product stopped working and met with many "Error" messages. Re-entering the key (per Microsoft instructions) also failed as did many call at ~7:45pm ET calls to Game Shop's 24/7 customer support center in NY & Germany. Frustrated this holiday weekend as I have computer WORK to do. Awaiting a reply to my emailed help request (per Game Shop voicemail's instructions). 2/25/2024: After 14 emails "conversations" with the NY Game Card Shop's IT Tech Dept. between 12/23-26/2023, having a new replacement product key supplied, and instructions on "how to" install the new product not only on my laptop, but then to also add the new "key" directly into the Microsoft Word program embedded in the downloaded software, I was finally successfully able to use the purchased software. I currently still using the product without issues. Via email tech support, Game Card Shop shows they stand by their word to meet the needs of their customers.
