Navigating the site and making a purchase was easy and the checkout proccess went smoothly. The proces itself was fairly fast, with almoat no interruptions. Given the wide variety of choices available on the website, I was able to find the perfect scent for my needs. In spite of the overall good service, there were some minor hiccups and disappointments which made me think the overall experience could have been better. Still, it was quite satisfactiory and I have no major complaints.

Excellent customer service I ordered from The Fragrance Sample Shop and received my order well packaged and on time. Unfortunately one of the spray bottles would not work correctly. I emailed the company and received a very quick response. They not only offered to send a replacement sprayer at no charge but gave me a coupon to use for future purchases. Jonah in customer service was very pleasant and prompt. I enjoy doing business with people who care about customer service. This experience definitely makes me want to go back for future purchases.
