Great Service I highly recommend my friends at Jupiter Support for any of your pc's "tech issues". They're always helpful, patient AND polite:). I;ve already RENEWED my annual subscription with them and will do so again in Feb. of 2015...if that tells you anything ;) P.S. The fact that they're open 24/7 is ,,,,SUPERB:) {I guess they don't need TOO much sleep.

Great Job Jupiter Support has done an amazing job each time I call them to tune up my computer. Occasionally I will download something that slows my computer down. Jupiter is always there to corrects my mistakes and has my computer running in no time at all. Michael did a great job for me. I will sign up with them each year so that I can use my computer safly and effectively.
