I received a slightly damaged piece… I received a slightly damaged piece with my original order of body elixir. However, the product itself is great. The fragrance is so divine. It felt good on the skin when applied. Their team has been responsive with regards to the damaged packaging and gladly sent another one. I highly recommend this product.

UmmSkinCare.com is almst good UmmSkinCare.com is almst good. The website is ok, but a bit out of date looking compared to other sites. They do seem to have a decent selection of skin care products, which is nice. I have an Improvement experience with payment servicves. I had some issue with credit card payment but seems like I got it sorted out without much trouble. The customer service is quick and helpfull wheneve I need help. Overall I don't have any complaints about the quality and delivery of the product. I would haldy reccomend it to my friends.

This is a company that lives its mission, and goes beyond just making products. Everything from the fair and safe production practices to the authentic way they engage with customers is an inspiration, and it encourages wellness that starts from within. The products are beautifully made, they smell and feel like heaven, and they have become a part of my daily meditation ritual. I actually am more encouraged to stick with meditation now because I know that I get to drink some of the Umm tisane teas before and after, and I am engulfed in the beautiful smells of the lotion/ body cream.
