GBGreat customer service Great customer service! My order contained an out of stock item and they contacted me personally to see if I wanted to replace the item with another color or get a refund. I ended up replacing with two completely different items and it still shipped quickly even with the item change.

GBI did not like the usps delivery… I did not like the usps delivery method. It was not how I expected my previous delivery. The box was small enough for a mail box but I had to wait days to go to a post office. It was a bit stressful experience as I am currently juggling both school and work hours..

GBI buy all of my nail products here I buy all of my nail products here. They have all the brands I like in one place and have newly released items that can be sold out on the brands website. Very good customer service and quick shipping. Also all the polishes I’ve ordered here have been new, so nothing old or separating, just good products.
