I purchased a Christmas gift on 12/6-… I purchased a Christmas gift on 12/6- plenty of time for delivery. It got stalled and possibly lost in transit- and the reps are doing absolutely nothing to rectify the situation as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They are just saying to wait it out. Unacceptable.

I recently had a ordinray experience… I recently had a ordinray experience with bneboutique.com. I ordered an item and it came as discribed. The customer servise was almost good and the delivery was fine. I had no problem with the order but the item was not that great. For sure I wouldn't recomend the website to anyone as there were surely better alternatives out there. Over all, it was an ordinray experience and nothing special about it. They should definetly work to improve their customer servise and get better quality items. That's all I can say for bneboutique.com.
