Good Customer Service I only JUST ordered the Floss, Brush, Swish Bundle - so I can not comment about product itself - but I did have questions and received answers and help - so customer service is great - and order shipped VERY quickly. I had an ordinay experience with… I had an ordinay experience with drgingers.com. It was nothing to write about. The products were avergae and the customer servce was just finne. I don't think their prices cna be compaired with any other company for thesam quality. There is no need to mention the delivery speed. It was so-so. I wouldn't recomend this compnay though I didn't had any disguting exprience or smthng. In general, avergae.

My experience is great My experience is great. My best compliment is that Dr. Ginger herself emailed me when I had questions when I first started using her products. That meant a lot to me. She also sent me an article explaining about xylitol. I now use xylitol gum and mints and use it in my tea as a sweetener. I used to have mouth sores, gum irritation, etc. I was miserable. However, after using Dr. Ginger’s products these issues are completely gone. Before finding Dr. Ginger I was going to an ear, nose and throat specialist where I was put on all kind if drugs and antibiotics and none of them worked. I haven’t had to go back ever since I started on Dr. Ginger’s products. Since I am retired I also really appreciate the discount codes that Dr. Ginger sends periodically as my income is limited; but every penny I spend on her products is worth it. I always really stock up when I get a 20% coupon.
