The last couple of times, the mail operator lost 2 pieces of mail and they refused to return some junk mail to senders. Both mail operators and anytime mailbox ignored my emails for one of the lost mail piece so I had to file a BBB complaint. They also don't have the option to just discard mail without you paying a fee. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you won't need things forwarded to you. I had to switch to ipostal.

I was unable to change my forwarding… I was unable to change my forwarding address after multiple attempts. I had to call and was instructed to download your app since I was using my phone. Worked perfectly. You should include in your description about how to forward mail that the app must be downloaded 1st. This would have save a lot of time.
