Pricing can also vary quite a bit from location to location as well, so it's important to make sure you understand the pricing of the store location you choose.

The service was ok until I started to forward mail The service was ok until I started to request mail to be forwarded or returned to sender. The last couple of times, the mail operator lost 2 pieces of mail and they refused to return some junk mail to senders. Both mail operators and anytime mailbox ignored my emails for one of the lost mail piece so I had to file a BBB complaint. They also don't have the option to just discard mail without you paying a fee. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you won't need things forwarded to you. I had to switch to ipostal.
