CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!! Had to change our business address twice because they closed their office/agreement. This was a huge inconvenience for our business. We weren't even offered adequate time to find a new address or offered forwarding services to help witH the transition. NEVER AGAIN!

I was unable to change my forwarding… I was unable to change my forwarding address after multiple attempts. I had to call and was instructed to download your app since I was using my phone. Worked perfectly. You should include in your description about how to forward mail that the app must be downloaded 1st. This would have save a lot of time.

Kindness goes a long way Both employees at the site were kind enough to assist in getting my legal document set up so that I could receive mail.

Best option Easy, straightforward setup, good options, it was a good experience. From various online choices, this was the best.

The service was ok until I started to forward mail The service was ok until I started to request mail to be forwarded or returned to sender. The last couple of times, the mail operator lost 2 pieces of mail and they refused to return some junk mail to senders. Both mail operators and anytime mailbox ignored my emails for one of the lost mail piece so I had to file a BBB complaint. They also don't have the option to just discard mail without you paying a fee. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you won't need things forwarded to you. I had to switch to ipostal.
