Did everyone here use the California… Did everyone here use the California location? I cant get them to answer the phone. They started my logo now they’ve just disappeared As of today i was contacted by Norman Ramsey, customer relations dept and not only is my logo completed its exactly what i had envisioned for my future restaurant. I really appreciate the time, effort and understanding that Norman took for me and it literally took just a day. Im pumped to show this logo to everyone. Thanx again Norman for your professionalism and hard work.

His communication has been terrific and I could tell he really cares out his projects. I had lost all confidence in customer service and Peter has helped restore my faith. She took the time to make it easier on me with my crazy schedule to get all her questions answered so she could design the perfect logo. She was very persistent and helpful throughout the process.

Horrible company to do business with Horrible company to do business with. They were quick to respond when it was time to accept payment or take money, but it's been 6+ months they've been working on a website for us for our business. I've sent countless emails, and no response. I will most likely go the route of reporting to my credit card company as fraud and incomplete work. Hopefully people don't make the same mistake we made and read some of these more recent reviews. Save your money and find someone local to do the work! They simply wouldn't follow instructions we laid out numerous times, and then waste weeks and months of your time making excuses on what has happened. This is more than likely a scam.
