Huge foreign scammers we wrote a… Huge foreign scammers we wrote a contract and they wanted more money so I paid them 2 times more than the original contract because I needed my website back that I had them improve on. Then AIS Technolabs or a is Technology they go by also DEMANDED even more money from me to return my already built site I had them do some improvemenrs on. Huge thieves and SCAMMERS!!!! They put me out of business by stealing my website. Do not listen to them and RUN from them! Never ever give them a dime. Through the process of AIS working for me I paid them $3 k to improve on a website I had that was just a 7 page form filler. Not even a website just a form filler to fill out pages that asked repetitive information on different pages. The cost was extreme! And in the end they wanted even more money to return the firm filler back where they received it into my GoDaddy host account that is referred to my garage. The thieves had my pw and username and could have put it back by never did! Huge SCAMMERS turn them in!

Beware the con artists Beware the con artists. AIS Technolabs Pvt Ltd cannot give a cost estimate or a time estimate as they claim it takes a team just to evaluate the task (install Lotus Notes Domino on 1 pc). It takes 1 person who knows what they are doing, and done in half a day. I know as I was one of those persons decades ago.

Bad experience -

Bogas and Cheap Company Nothing. Not 1 thing is good or okay at this company. I wonder sometimes if this is a 13 years old IT company or a something else. They have policy of not deducting PF from the salary but for that employees have to sign no obligation form stating that as an employee we request you not to deduct PF from our salaries. The management are s******s, c******`s, A CLASS r*****s, b******s, f****s, c*****s. Whatever words you use to describe them are not enough. They are only interested in making money anyhow (with fake commitments to clients) and living lavish life. They don't care about their staff. They deduct your income by not paying salaries for Saturdays and Sundays. YES, YOU READ IT CORRECTLY. THIS IS TRUE. An employee will only be paid for the working days (Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays). This company is even unable to make profits from last few years. This is really D grade organization with no proper infrastructure or resources for the employees. They have almost 200+ strength of employees but they don't have a dedicated pantry area or cafeteria where one can sit and take lunch. Either their employees eat in the conference room (this is really wired), on stairs of the building, in the basement, or at last on their desk. Their employees are not satisfied with all this, they complain/discuss this internally but they don't have guts to say this in front of management or HR. They work in a hell, to be honest. In 1 and half months, 19 people left this company from one department only. Washrooms in the office are really in a worst condition (filthy bathrooms), very much dirty with odor smell coming all the time. Pipes ae broken, so urine with the flushed water spreads across the floor. You will never opt to use their washrooms if you enter once. In fact the "public pay and use toilets'" are more clean and hygienic compare to them. I don't how female employees are tolerating this at workplace. Water is leaking 24*7, desks and lighting lamps are full of dirt and dust. Cockroaches are roaming everywhere, mostly when you eat lunch or snacks at your desk. If anyone is serious about their career & growth then never ever join this company.
