No recovery done - Just as bad as the scammers out there! I approached Blackkeiser to recover for me funds lost with a scam investment company. After they took my statement they asked me to pay a once off service fee which they confirmed that once i pay this once off fee the recovery would be done. Soon after I paid this , they asked me to pay another amount again. I asked them why I was being asked to pay again as they had said that their fee ranged between 8-10%. Paying another amount would be 20%. I asked them to pay me back the initial payment that I made so that I look for another recovery company – they refused indicating they had incurred costs for software. In summary no recovery was done . They are just as bad as any other scammer out there. Stay away from them.

Don’t use them They asked me to deposit BTC to pay for services, I did. This apparently didn’t work, so they asked me to send more BTC to another platform. This had a ‘glitch’. They asked me to send a third BTC payment to a third platform. I said no. I’ve done everything they have asked me to do except send a third amount. Extensive messages still persist and they refuse to give me my recovered funds and or money back. Don’t use them.

Accountability not so much Chris & Peter are congenial enough, and they took in all the info, I had gathered from another scam recovery service, but Blackkeiser hands you off to a dubious Crypto exchange Capenus which never gives up info willingly, is extremely slow to respond, and after handing over a few more hundred $, they seem to have disappeared, do not respond to E-mails, telephone, What App, nothing, implore you find others more reputable save what $ you might have left.
