USMy computer works now My computer works now, and that’s all that really matters. Nice guys. I am dropping one star due to cost and turnaround time. I understand most places may be short staffed and inflation is hitting us all, but I figured the IT world would be the exception. Nevertheless, I will stay positive and would use them again. Trustworthy.

USTook longer than I thought, but happy overall They fixed my laptop after another company told me it wasn't "fixable" so very happy. I wish I knew how long it would have taken beforehand so i could have planned better for my website work, but they fixed it so i'm happy. thanks and keep up the great work team

USI think it would be nice if you had… I think it would be nice if you had given an estimate for how long it would take to get my repair done. I didn’t know it was a week or I may have tried elsewhere. Also expected the laptop would be at least wiped down after repair, but it was not.

USI was in town for a couple days I was in town for a couple days. While I was here some water spilled on my laptop. They had me back up and running in less than 5 hours.
