GBThere should be a half star option for… There should be a half star option for business like this. Their customer support number only rings and goes to voice mail. After leaving a message with my order number and phone number they returned a reply via email. An email which seems to only work one way. Horrible customer support. As far as their products, just as bad hence why I am trying to reach out to them. Stay away. Very bad ongoing experience.

GBRE: Great Products: Dr. Nasiffs is the best I have used! I use a wide range of products. The Hydro-Screen effects are almost instantly noticeable, I also use the Day Time Essentials & the Night Time Essentials, Deco-Lift and Detox pads. This is a product I accidently tried I was so impressed; This is the only product I am using now!

GBVery organized business Very nice experience from ordering the product to delivery. Communication is also great. Have wanted to try Dr. Nassif's products for years since I am a fan of his show's but didn't know which product I wanted to try. While getting a facial my esthetician suggested I use the serum since she was familiar with the product and highly recommended it. So glad I bought it.

GBMy over $300 order arrived incorecct My over $300 order arrived incorecct. Two products ordered were correct but 4 orders of an eye cream were incorrectly replaced by 4 orders of a skin cream. There is no customer service phone number to call. Via email I received a return postage sticker to return incorrect items but am still waiting for items I ordered and paid for more than a week later,
