I recently had the 'verage' experience… I recently had the 'verage' experience of procuring something from 10daylashes.com. The website was reasonably easy to navigate and the product was as advertised. I found their prices to medocrity when compared to those of their competitors. Communication was present, though not particularly prompt. On the whole, the process was alright, however, I can't say I was especially impressed with the service provided. Nothing against 10daylashes specifically, it was just an 'shmoderate' experience.

I was so excited to receive my lashes I… I was so excited to receive my lashes I read all the directions, watched the videos for applying and removing. I even watched a couple you tube videos. I waited 2 days til i had the time without interruption. I washed my lashes with the foaming face wash waited til they dried and tried to apply them twice, no luck so I had to remove the glue with the removal gel, I lost eyelashes my eye is all red from the burning experience from the gel. I'm still determined but I have to wait for my eyelashes to grow back. I'll let you know if I have any luck in the future.

Wonderful company with great customer care I bought a set of lashes and completely screwed up putting them on. I ended up messing them up beyond repair (I’m just generally awful at being and doing girl things, no fault to the product at all). Anyway, I ended up messaging the company asking what I did wrong and that my lashes were destroyed, with full plans to purchase another pair, and I told them that. Instead they offered me a free pair to replace them! I just can’t get get over how wonderful their customer care is, truly phenomenal!
