BIVVY stood out among the others… I've been searching for the right pet insurance for months. BIVVY came up on my email several months ago. I was drawn by the low price but then saw its other benefits. Still, I wavered, confused by the assortment of other companies' spiels. Then BIVVY came up again, I looked at it and signed up. Perseverance worked for us both.

Acknowledging their mistakes *UPDATE* They have since reviewed the original claim and approved it after acknowledging the mistake on their end. Still unnecessarily stressful for me but glad they fixed the issue. They abuse the fine writing. My dog had a hip issue and they covered it. Issue happened again and needed surgery and they refused to cover it this time while claiming its a "pre-existing" condition although they covered the original accident. They are totally useless. Not worth it, get anyone else.
