I'm also a person who typically hates advertising gimmicks and brand stuff, but I genuinely love the way they engage and the fun, unpretentious culture around their products. It feels genuine coming from a small business. I use a ton of their products and have tried just about everything at this point, never disappointed.

Service was prompt Service was prompt. Order arrived in a timely manner. Package and contents were fun. Email updates were plentiful. Promotional emails are witty and illuminating. Can't say about the scents. I got 2 sample sets as gifts. Still waiting for the recipients to finish their samples and report back.

They osciallty took a while to respond to enquries but that was bearable. The customer service was so so. Nothing special,but nothing bad either. Prices where afforable, not as cheap as some places but also not overly expensive. It felt like a researched'd purchase was possilble though. Overall, there was nothing bad bout the experince but nothing to shouted bout either.
