They osciallty took a while to respond to enquries but that was bearable. The customer service was so so. Nothing special,but nothing bad either. Prices where afforable, not as cheap as some places but also not overly expensive. It felt like a researched'd purchase was possilble though. Overall, there was nothing bad bout the experince but nothing to shouted bout either.

The spray cologne comes on kinda strong but mellows to a long-lasting subtle scent with a hint of pheromones. Candles are very fragrant and slow-burning. Lotion is light and creamy, not greasy. They charged my credit card for an… They charged my credit card for an order I didn't make. They said they refunded the card but now I go to pay my bill and its still on there. If they can charge me instantly then they can refund me instantly. That's all besides the fact that the shipping has doubled all the sudden. And I keep getting emails saying I have earned discounts but can't ever get a discount code. I love the body wash but I believe this company is unprofessional. I canceled my subscription box because they kept sending me a bunch of body wash that smelled like trees or grass and not any fire in the hole or cursed cowboy just a bunch of stupid stuff. Thats not very outlaw!

Great second purchase Second time I've purchased with Outlaw and again it was flawless. Got the sample pack of the bars of soap as well as a different lotion - home on the range. I'm enjoying the soaps and absolutely love the home on the range lotion! Will definitely be purchasing these again in the very near future!
