They charged my credit card for an… They charged my credit card for an order I didn't make. They said they refunded the card but now I go to pay my bill and its still on there. If they can charge me instantly then they can refund me instantly. That's all besides the fact that the shipping has doubled all the sudden. And I keep getting emails saying I have earned discounts but can't ever get a discount code. I love the body wash but I believe this company is unprofessional. I canceled my subscription box because they kept sending me a bunch of body wash that smelled like trees or grass and not any fire in the hole or cursed cowboy just a bunch of stupid stuff. Thats not very outlaw!

The only place I’ll ever buy fragrances again This company is brilliant. Their fragrances both smell amazing and actually last all day (longer, in fact), not fading after just a couple of hours like most. Their soaps and lip balms are great too, and I really need to get through the stock of boring soap I have at home so I can stock up on theirs. Honestly I don’t think I will be buying fragrance, soap, shampoo or conditioner anywhere else again.

I really wanted to like this product I really wanted to like this product. The marketing is great and fun, the owners seem really cool, but the products smell really bad to me, pungent, sickly sweet, artificial fragrance. Seems many other people like them though so maybe it's just me. For the Fire in the Hole I guess what I was expecting was straight up Pine Tar soap in a cool package, I would have been happier with that. I may try these soaps in the shower, perhaps they perform different during actual use although the smell is nearly enough to give me a headache. I'm so sorry that I had to write this review, I REALLY want to like this product, I really want it to succeed. Glad others are enjoying it!

I had a small problem and your people… I had a small problem and your people researched it and discovered that that product was no longer available. Told them not to worry since I was a devoted customer. Lo and behold, I received one of your Outlaw coffee cups soon after. Great customer service. I was not expecting anything. Outlaw Soaps blew me away! I was blown away by the wonderful customer service at first. And then when my package arrived I thought I had died and gone to heaven. The Home on the range is so crisp and refreshing and the Calamity Jane scent is seductive and alluring. I will be buying so much more next time I order. You will not be disappointed.
