I'm also a person who typically hates advertising gimmicks and brand stuff, but I genuinely love the way they engage and the fun, unpretentious culture around their products. They osciallty took a while to respond to enquries but that was bearable. The customer service was so so. Nothing special,but nothing bad either. Prices where afforable, not as cheap as some places but also not overly expensive. It felt like a researched'd purchase was possilble though.
