Easy to use site Easy to use site, awesome colors. One thing I think would help is being able to search for products by number versus just product name. Also, I purchased several kits, even though I didn't love all the colors in them because I couldn't find the colors I wanted as singles. i really think having all of the kit colors available as singles would be awesome.

I love the polish I love the polish, but I’m uncertain on how to use the tubes of polish. Instructions would be helpful. I bought the sets because my granddaughters nail tech did my nails with your product and because I live 8 hrs away, I have not found a tech locally that uses your amazing products. Having said that, I am not a professional.

I love Modelone products I love Modelone products, as excited to shop online for a good variety of options. Just wishes there was a filter to not show products that can’t ship to Canada. Both order attempts, I had added something to my cart and it got removed because it can’t ship to my address. So disappointed I didn’t get some of the cooler colour gel sets. Aside from that, I am looking forward to receiving my order.

Do not purchase direct The website offers absolutely no way to cancel an order. I reached out several times to the Support email provided only to be told that it was too late. The items had been shipped. Per the tracking "label had been created" but the items had not been handed to DHL. The agent replied that they would refund money only if there was an error on their part or a damaged item. Definitely do NOT purchase direct from the company.
