However, these Swissklip clippers have solved that problem. The pointy edge of the clippers works well getting into tight areas. The sharpness of these clippers seem to go through nails comparatively much more easily. Just exercise caution because they are very sharp.

Customer service is not servicing the customer… Customer service is not customer focused. I received 3 nail clippers and I only need 1. I assumed it was my mistake when ordering (which now I seriously doubt it). I had seen 4 different messages asking for a return address so send the other 2 back and receive a refund. Unsuccessfully so far !!! They have on your customer needs and remember the old saying: "The customer is always right".
