I ordered the coco fresh I ordered the coco fresh, coco soft, coco mud mask, and the aloe daily moisturizer....MAN! I am so impressed!! Got my order about three days after placing my order! I have been searching every drug store for a new face product spending so much money each year...but now I’ve found my go too and have recommended it to other friends and family members as well. I can’t wait to try more! I did reach to costumer service rep and they were quick to reply and helped answer my questions. So great costumer service and a great product, that’s a win for me.

I bought cosmetics as a gift I bought cosmetics as a gift. They were supposed to arrive at Christmas and they would come. I wrote to the customer service several times and no one answered! I am dissapointed. Almost 2 weeks before Christmas I ordered cosmetics and they did not arrive on time!

Not only great products but coupon codes and freebies too Easy to do business with and get the great Hellobody products! I originally ordered HelloBody Coco products a couple years ago based on a few Instagram influencers reviews. There were a couple of products I really liked but didn't see much about HelloBody on Instagram. I searched it myself found a coupon code and ordered my favorite Coco Prime. The order shipped quickly and came with some great free products to try.

Questionable Tactics This review is regarding customer service specifically. It had been 6 days since I'd placed my order and it was still processing so I decided to cancel it on 12/17 and research other products I stead. When I sent in my cancelation I received back to back emails the next night 3:53am my product had been shipped and 3:57am telling me 'sorry, your order shipped, so you'll have to return it '. Awful tactic to get lazy people to keep products. For the record tracking shows it was actually shipped on the 22nd. The label was created on 12/18 for my order placed on 12/11. Since I absolutely am that lazy consumer I will TRY the product and provide my honest opinion on that down the road.
