Best Value, Design Overall, and Light Strength I have been frustrated all year trying to find the right LED Light Mask and have had to buy and send back THREE masks from different companies in 2022. I just couldn't stomach not getting my money back for a subpar product when other companies charge what they do. You would think since LED Light Therapy is expanding to be essential in everyone's skincare routine that mask companies would have quality products by now but I have found that to not be the case until I tried Dermabeam. It should be common sense that at this point that masks should be wireless, sleek, and comfortable but every competitor mask I tried before Dermabeam was embarrassing to have around my house because they were so ugly and awkward to use with a wire and separate control panel. Or they had a strap and no eye support that would leave parts of my face red and irritated while blocking the light from reaching the skin covered by the strap (also pretty sure having elastic fabric material stretching tight on my skin caused some acne). The discomfort made me not want to use them for the recommended time in my regiment or tell my friends about it. The last thing I'll say is that for this market, Dermabeam is without question the best value. I thought I could throw money at the problem by buying the more expensive masks and was shocked that masks that cost almost double Dermabeam were actually worse. The way this mask lights up an entire room at this price is pretty impressive when way more expensive masks lights seem to barely compete with the light on my kindle. I'm taking the time to write this review simply because I wish that someone had written something honest like this when I started shopping for the best light mask. Might have saved me 6 months.

Mask is light and comfortable I really like my Dermabeam because it’s so easy to use when I’m in bed. I’ve tried other masks but they’re too heavy or the strap is uncomfortable.

I look and feel younger! I've been using Dermabeam for a little over a week now and I can already see my wrinkles fading, and my acne clearing up! I look and feel younger and more confident. Definitely recommend getting a Dermabeam to anyone looking to improve their skin. Maybe get two if you're like me and have a girlfriend who steals all your hoodies and self care products (ordering my second one now!)... Side note, it's also loads of fun to play with the different color lights lol!

Finally received instructions for return! This was a Dermay mask and NOT Dermabeam. Not sure if the same (websites were different). Do not order this product!!!! They promise a 30 day risk free return and 24/7 customer service. The mask wouldn't charge (tried several times). I went to the website and clicked the link for "hassle free returns" and received an ERROR message indicating this page does not exist. I tried this several times over a 3 day period. I also tried calling their 24/7 customer service and literally received a message stating "they have no customer service representatives". I then went to their website and tried their chat services. My question on how to return the product has never been answered. Again I tried this more than once and left the chat up for a few hours each time.
