This mask stop working after 6 weeks… This mask stop working after 6 weeks and they would not give refund because it was over 30 days….all that money and they couldn’t even send me a new one without charging me more money….don’t buy….they don’t stand behind their product.

Finally received instructions for return! This was a Dermay mask and NOT Dermabeam. Not sure if the same (websites were different). Do not order this product!!!! They promise a 30 day risk free return and 24/7 customer service. The mask wouldn't charge (tried several times). I went to the website and clicked the link for "hassle free returns" and received an ERROR message indicating this page does not exist. I tried this several times over a 3 day period. I also tried calling their 24/7 customer service and literally received a message stating "they have no customer service representatives". I then went to their website and tried their chat services. My question on how to return the product has never been answered. Again I tried this more than once and left the chat up for a few hours each time.
