USOne API to Rule Them All You can't spell pain without API. It seems every vendor product and Saas applications has an API these days and any good developer who has spent time in the trenches understands that not all APIs are created equal. Integrations are a way of life and customers expect (demand?) them in applications. It's usually the first question I get asked when I get on a call with a customer. I found Cloud Elements about a year ago and used them to add a robust CRM integration into my product. I was shocked how easy it was to unify my product into multiple major CRMs with very little effort. Now, a year later, my clients love it and it's unbelievably reliable. Since then, I've found more opportunities to leverage their platform and foster my partnership with Cloud Elements. It's a critical piece of my infrastructure and I highly recommend it.
