GBI had an ordinary experience with… I had an ordinary experience with shop.underskin.com. Nothing special in particluar. Rather avergae service. Nothing that would have distinguished them more than any other similar online store. The pricess were fare, place acceptable. Convinience was average. Dealing with the staff was alright. It was not the best, not the worst. All and all, it was an unremarkable encounter. No surprises - neither positove nor negative. Spellng Mistks forces.

GBAmazing customer service The customer service could not have been better! I accidentally received a double order, and the Underskin team was quick to assure me that not only was I not charged twice, but I was welcome to keep the additional product at no extra charge! I almost can’t wait to use up the product just so that I can order from them again. Repeat customer for life!

GBI made a purchase of two items I made a purchase of two items, and yesterday it was delivered. The shipping was fast, there’s no problem. However, the second item (the face wash) you sent me with an expiration date is in few months. It was all with bubbles already. It is very upsetting because most likely I won’t be able to finish it by the time it expires.
