To be frank, the products could have been better and the service could have seen some improvemenr. I espcet better when investing money and this didnt meet that xceptation. The prices werr a bit too high too in my opinion. On the plus sied I suppose they arw friendly and it was okay interacting wih them.

Speedy Customer Service! I received a free sample in the mail and, when I opened the product, it had some sort of mold, or mildew, inside the packaging, something I've never seen in any other beauty product I've used within the same category of products. I took pictures, but I didn't even have to provide a picture. I emailed to say I had an issue with a sample, and they express shipped a brand new item, no further questions asked! While I am suspicious that they didn't want further information (making me assume they are used to this complaint?) I appreciated the speed in which the situation was handled!

So happy! I ordered this because I love the moisturizer already and wanted to try some more products. I got a duplicate shipment and they let me keep both sets! Now I'm stocked up on my favorite moisturizer for a while 😊
