I love this store. I've been addicted to makeup and I love collecting it I have very sensitive skin so I'am looking for very good quality products at a cheaper price and this store really amaze me! They are offering different kinds of products of very good quality. Their powders are so pigmented which are really suitable for my skin type. I will recommend this to my friends.

The payment only because the website… The payment only because the website was bugging. It was nothing wrong with my card because my bank approved it multiple times so I decided to order off amazon. Its the same products but they give you more for cheap. I bought 60 cosmetic jars for $8. This website failed me.

WASTE OF MONEY Shipping was in a timely manner. However, the size ordered was incorrect. I attempted to make a return, the customer service number was useless, they would not allow you to leave a message. I left an inquiry on the website with no response. Finally able to contact someone via email over a week later. Not only do they make you pay for return shipping, which is understandable, but they also charge a 20% restocking fee! Product was just over $20 but I would pretty much lose all of that just to return. WAST OF MONEY

Shipping is not free for Everyone Shipping is free for Americans. When adding products to your cart the site will tell you that you qualify for free shipping once you meet the qualifying amount but if you're an International customer, once you go to Checkout it automatically disqualifies you and reverses the free shipping. Personally I found that to be disappointing. I did contact them because at the time I didn't know that the free shipping was for US customers only since it doesn't state that on the on site. It was the explanation I was given when I contacted them about being charged for shipping after the site told me I qualified for free shipping. I even went back, redid the order and took a screenshot so they could see how I came to that idea but essentially I was told because I was outside of the US free shipping was for US customers only. Other than that since the shipping did come by UPS I got it in a timely manner.
