Billed me for cancelled services then… Billed me for cancelled services then accused me of 'stress testing' there networks. We had Jenkins installed onto our VPS and that was all. I would not recommend you to choose them. Horrible support and arrogant CEO. This will be changed upon refund.

Customer support and services Excellent customer support! I usually get a reply within an hour or so, and the replies are detailed and we'll written! There was a bit of a payment probably at the begging (that's why I am giving 4 stars) but it got fixed quickly! I definitely recommend at least checking them out!

Awesome company I have been using this company for a few years now and by far it has been great, the customer service definitely could be quicker but I understand they may not have many staff and alot of tickets. I bought a KVM server a few years ago and so far I have been impressed with the uptime and when the prices went up I stayed at my original price. Definnitely would reccomend this company to anyone looking to buy a VPS for whatever purpose but especially Discord Bot Development.

For starters, it has a good ping for Latin America, I also had a couple of errors when configuring my server and they were helping and guiding me all the time until it was solved. They respond immediately, even before buying the VPS they were solving doubts for me. I recommend it 100%
