The Dedicated Server has gone offline… The Dedicated Server has gone offline twice in the first month of service for longer than an hour with no explanation as to why. Additionally, I attempted to call the phone number listed and it just rang and eventually hung up. Horrible customer service, DO NOT USE.

Awesome company I have been using this company for a few years now and by far it has been great, the customer service definitely could be quicker but I understand they may not have many staff and alot of tickets. I bought a KVM server a few years ago and so far I have been impressed with the uptime and when the prices went up I stayed at my original price. Definnitely would reccomend this company to anyone looking to buy a VPS for whatever purpose but especially Discord Bot Development.

Worst customer support ever Worst customer support ever. Bought a server that doesn't even work, support refuses to refund me and tried charging me again for the server when it was never working even after 2-3 weeks. Don't buy from them, this is most likely a scam operation.

WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS HOST I hired this hosting since April 2020, everything had been fine, sometimes they take a long time to respond to you but they almost always solved the problems, about 2-3 months ago the service began to get worse, I decided to change hosting this month so I opened a ticket to warn that my service will be canceled when my period ends (December 18, 2020) and what did they do? Well, they deleted all my files and canceled my service a couple of hours later. I asked them for an explanation and to solve my problem by recovering my lost files since it was their fault what happened. They took many hours to answer me and they only answered: We cannot recover your files. Nothing else, not even an apology for having deleted all my files, nothing, I contracted with them for more than half a year and they deleted all my work in 1 day. Now I have to start my server from 0 in another hosting I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSTING TO ANYONE
