BGCustomer support and services Excellent customer support! I usually get a reply within an hour or so, and the replies are detailed and we'll written! There was a bit of a payment probably at the begging (that's why I am giving 4 stars) but it got fixed quickly! I definitely recommend at least checking them out!

GBA great company irregardless of other… A great company irregardless of other reviews. I believe NextArray is at fault for most of the issues, and accuratenode does the best possible given their circumstances. I do also believe that you guys should separate yourselves from NextArray to maybe have your own DC or rent out racks in one yourself. Service is spot on, employees are great.

GBThe Dedicated Server has gone offline… The Dedicated Server has gone offline twice in the first month of service for longer than an hour with no explanation as to why. Additionally, I attempted to call the phone number listed and it just rang and eventually hung up. Horrible customer service, DO NOT USE.

RUBad technical support Bad technical support. Can't access my VPS (while it shows as active and paid, up and running) outside the internet, while technical support doesn't even look into my ticket and closes it after 15 days of silence

GBDon't recommend I've been using accurate node for over 6 months, and have had a terrible experience. Anytime I had technical problems (which there were a lot of), I had to ask friends or wait for them to fix themselves. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend.
