They keep you hanging on for hours and don't even respond on the live chat some clown called Guido started conversation then disappeared without response. i am not a happy person

GBNembol - Good Product, Good Customer Service Cross listing applications in today's age are often riddled with errors, and while I'm not going to say that Nembol is perfect, I have always received good customer service and any problems I have had have been resolved promtly and completely. Overall I find the application to be the best cross-listing app out there for any purpose.

GBI have been using Nembol for some time… I have been using Nembol for some time now and have always found customer service to be excellent. My stock control over 3 platforms has been constantly in sync. Thanks to Daryna for your patience !

GBAvoid we have used them for 2 years Avoid we have used them for 2 years, recently they have asked if we would like to be moved to new interface with an option to moving back to old system for whatever reason. After the change they refused to move us back to old system. Furthermore they have the changed data we were relying on our listings. Customer service not replying to messages.

GBI was a customer for many years I was a customer for many years. When they changed it in 2023 the features that I needed were gone. They changed the program so that I couldn't use it anymore. My personal feelings are that it's a mess and very disappointing that they changed it. Regarding support I'd say - average. I'm looking for a replacement. They should offer a "Classic" version as a separate option.
