Elite Server is the best hosting… Elite Server is the best hosting company in terms of customer support. I have taken hosting services of some famous publications earlier, in terms of speed, reliability they were good too, But when it came to assist in low times and resolving technical issues, I wasn't getting a response for months from them. But this is not the case with Elite Servers. The company provides 24/7 support to solve instant technical issues. The people there are very polite and caring for their clients. This is high time to choose this company if bad customer support is something you are experiencing with your current host right now.

Absolutely NOT recommended !! Totally ridiculous choice for reseller hosting. Very attractively priced - but totally useless in 2021. With ALL hosting, competent & fast support is what matters the most in keeping things working. Vs. what ESM has=> Unresponsive support that is not even capable of helping with simple matters and is definitely staffed via outsourcing with folks who are not native english speakers & thus cannot even grasp what has been asked of them. Then they make things worse by having a good refund policy - but severely delaying making the refund AND subtracting both of their PP transaction fees from the total amount refunded. Zero redeeming features after all the uselessness & hassles. They may have been great years back - but not anymore in 2021.

Super fast dedicated servers I started a website 2 years back and opted a shared plan, after few months my portal started growing but I encountered a lot of issues in terms of speed. Then I chose dedicated hosting from EliteServer Management and now my website running super fast instead of having huge traffic. Overall I am a happy buyer.

Stay Away From This Company! Stay Away From This Company. This company is going out of business. I canceled my account in March and they billed me for April, May and June even though their WHCMS system showed the account canceled. They claimed this was an 'error'. I sent over 50 messages on their chat and each time there was a "You will be refunded shortly." The bottom line, they never refunded my payments and tried to run out the clock with messages saying I would be refunded in 3 weeks. I don't normally write bad reviews but I need to warn potential users about this. I believe they are going out of business and thus they are cash strapped and need to scam customers. I have the documentation to back it up. Additionally - if you file a PAYPAL complaint against them DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS COMPANY if they tell you to cancel those complaints so they can refund you. Stupidly I did, and they never refunded me and I could not open the complaints again. UPDATE: 1/1/23 - You refunded 1 of 3 payments that you told me you would refund. Any decent company would simply refund all 3 payments immediately. I should report this to the FTC and the Texas AG for how you told me you would refund me and for 4 months you never did. Really shady - do not play semantic games here. You owed me 2 payments for several months and never gave them. That's what a fly-by-night company does, not any reputable company.
