Great Service Very happy with the service. The optimisation was done quickly and included a comprehensive report outlining the work they completed.

Bait and Switch. 😰 First, the good part. They optimized my site (Shopify store) and nailed it. Speed was WAY up. Awesome. Then the bad part. They told me that I wouldn't be able to update my theme any more. They would do it. OK, weird but . . . So once an update was released, I asked them to do it and they informed me that I'd need to get on a $900 a month retainer... To update my theme! The instructions for how to update should have been included. "Here you go: make sure you move these scripts and add this snippet and paste this in theme.liquid." Nope. $900 monthly retainer! If you never update your theme, great. Go for it. If you update your theme (we get regular updates), stay away. Bait and Switch.

We also got scammed! We also got scammed! 1. They optimised 2% of the total pages on the site. 2.The pages they did optimise were minimal and were never going to get remotely close to Google target of sub 2 seconds. 3.They subsequently admitted that there were further optimisations that they "could" have made but chose not to. 4. They have a refund policy which they would not honour. To top it all off you'll have a terrible customer service experience with somebody called Frances. We wasted 3 weeks and $700. Avoid this company like the plague.

Great service and a job well done! The team at Speed Boostr did a great job at optimizing our website and we were able to to achieve a significant improvement. Staff were also very pleasant to deal with and I'd recommend their services.
