INScammers Scammers! Last October I bought a program for my computer, it was $500.00 for 5 yrs. So I open my mail and they took another $300.00 from my account without my knowledge or consent. So I called them to cancel it and they said no problem. They owe me $1,200.00. $400.00 for the last 4 yrs left on my program, $300.00 they took from my credit card and then they took another $500.00 on Monday June 10, 2019. I have called them several times. Kevin (************) answered and said he would look into it and call me back. That was early this morning. He never called. So I called again and he has blocked my number. The only other thing I have on them is a website ************** If you could please check on this for me I would be very grateful.

GBI find the product satisfactory but… I find the product satisfactory but feel completely ripped off by the autorenewal process. I'm almost sure I did not opt for this (which they don't make particularly easy) as I had the previous year but it was shortly after my husband died suddenly and my mind may not have been totally focused. What I object to strongly is not only had the cost gone up by nearly £24.00 they charged it to my credit card a month early. It seems to me that an organisation as large as McAfee operating in such an unethical way is deplorable.
