CAIn a previous order you included (for… In a previous order you included (for free) a tube of Charcoal Peel Off Mask. Thank you. However the contents of the tube were dry and hard and wouldn't squeeze out of the tube. I had to throw it away. I didn't complain because it was free. But if I had bought the product I would have been furious. Just saying.

CAUpdate to my post yesterday about the… Update to my post yesterday about the size of the Retinol - since i cant delete it. Got a response right away - which was very nice 👍 Turns out its just a printing error on outside package. This is the 3rd time ive ordered this. No issues. Its actually helped with my breakouts. Theyre very rare now and when i do get one it doesnt last thanks to this. Its also not greasy which is a plus. I dont have another Retinol to compare it to as its the first one ive tried and still like it so not changing any time yet.

CAI'm loving how gentle the Acne serum is… I'm loving how gentle the Acne serum is on my face. In the past when I've purchased any acne product it has always caused a stinging sensation and extreme dryness. However, with this Acne serum I don't feel any skin irritation at all!

CAI like your products I like your products, but I remember there was no shipping charges before. Are the charges for Christmas, or is it permanent now?
