Just started using product I like the product so far as I just started using both the cleansing oil and the other things I ordered. My problem was when I could not get the cap off the oil I tried to call to get help but there is no number to speak to a person. I then sent a note but never heard back from anyone in your company.

My package went missing My package went missing. The Post Office made a mistake and said it was delivered (or mistakenly delivered it) even though I have proof the mail was supposed to be held. Someone either stole the box while I was away, or it's lost in the back of a truck somewhere. But SMD didn't insure the package for more than $15 so now I'm out three tubs of serum and a lot of money. SMD, I love some of your products but the website can be a little fly-by-night.

Excellent I've bought 3 product: snail serum, saroma night cream and Inhyunjin eye cream. They work great for my 30s age skin. I'm new here in America ( about 8 months). My skin from combination to oily became dry skin. Even it's summer now my skin is still dry and red. I've tried some high end brand but they didn't work at all. And Saroma Snail Serum has healed and calmed my skin so good like a magic. The Saroma night Cream's made skin so smooth and my skin looked brighter after 2 weeks using it. I don't know which make my pores smaller but they are really smaller from using them. And the Inhyunjin eye cream is the best eye cream I've ever used. It's not thick but it's so moiture my eye skin with dark circle and dry skin from staying up too late with smart phone. They are all so smooth and non greasy on my skin. I'm tending to buy the Inhyunjin set to try. I will buy from Smd cosmetic forever. They fit my skin perfectly.
